Gibbs & Murphy had blinders, I ended up with a few low scores :(

My apologies Punk, the ultimate SC/DT sin is to concede defeat to early.

ROUND 7

Results
Year of the Tiger 1,930 def by 2,155 Carpe Diem
Boongas Bulldogs 2,288 def 1,662 Onegameatatimers
Punk Roosters 1,918 def by 2,039 Marion ManBearPigs
Toolman 2,218 def 1,927 Lioneaters
lodge lads '10' 2,311 def 1,932 pafc1870
Strawbsberries 1,716 def by 2,252 Straycat Strut
TheWorstThereIs 1,308 def by 1,990 Brownys Boys
Cork in the Ocean 2,148 def 1,944 Pigeon Stinge

No real surprises in this week's results with the possible exception of Carp who racked their most impressive performance of the season. The ManBearPigs scored an important victory against Punky which is good news for pafc1870 who were belted by the lodge lads. Lioneaters seem to have lost their way after a good start to the season as they came a cropper against Toolman who scores a big one every now and then and remains a dangerous opponent for all Division III coaches. Cork in the Ocean continues to dominate in this league and at 'the turn' they have the perfect 7-zip record to show for their efforts so far. Perhaps Cork's biggest threat is Boonga's Bulldogs who haven't done much wrong so far this season as the ladder suggests.

Ladder

1 Cork in the Ocean Max 7 0 15352 12098 126.9 28

Division III Round 8

Year of the Tiger vs lodge lads '10'
Boongas Bulldogs vs Strawbsberries
Punk Roosters vs TheWorstThereIs
Toolman vs Cork in the Ocean
Lioneaters vs Pigeon Stinge
Marion ManBearPigs vs Brownys Boys
Onegameatatimers vs Straycat Strut
Carpe Diem vs pafc1870

Match of the round in Division III is between the mighty Cork and the second highest point scorer in the league in Toolman. If Cork can defeat Toolman and Boongas Bulldogs they could very well go through the season without a loss. This will be Corkys biggest challenge of the season so far and it's a cracker! Most of the other matches in this league are relatively tame with the ManBearPigs vs. Brownys Boys clash a possible exception - the Pigs from Marion should be able to Brown off the boys in this clash and keep him outside the top eight for another week.

In other matches the Lodgies, Straycats, Bulldogs, Punk Roosters and pafc1870 should all record comfortable victories here to carry on their merry way. Lioneaters will need to extract the digit and defeat the Pigeon to arrest an alarming slide in recent weeks and I'm tipping that he will do just that.

could have been much bigger too... I have Hille (9) and playfair (23). Currently 1933 from 18... Was looking at close to 2500 before today... Now I'll be around the 2300-2350 which is still very good. I hope to get better than my previous best which is 2396 but it looks doubtful now...

Cross on 71 at half-time- a score of 140 looking likely at this point.

in another league, i'm on 2156 v 2110- he has Gilbee & Hall v my Cooney & Lake.
Cooney looking at a 140, Lake who knows- as long as Lake covers BBB, Cooney has Gilbee covered.

In my Hogg Div III game v TheWorstThereIs (MightEagles), I'm thrashing him by that much, that he should have a spud logo permenantly attached to his profile....
