I used to share the same opinion MP. When I was living in the UK I worked at a hotel/restaurant owned by a food writer. When Jamie Oliver first started the Fifteen concept back in 02 my boss was one of the 'judges' who helped to select the 15 'under privileged' kids to join the program with 2 of them spending a month at our establishment to do their work experience. As a result Jamie and his missus and baby came to stay at our hotel for a few days before filming started. All the staff were excited .... except me! I was expecting him to be an absolute, up-himself knob! He was quite the opposite. Very respectful, down-to-earth and a big, big tipper! At the time the Football World Cup was on, he watched the England vs Sweden game with the staff and seemed a really nice bloke. As for the 2 kids from Fifteen who worked with us .... useless and lazy! Regularly skipped work to go to the pub, thought they were movie stars so hardly ever did what the chefs asked. Their parents used to rock up at work in their BMW unannounced to see them. Underprivileged? My a**e!
