Jetstar.

Booked a trip to Darwin on Monday and the bastids have not double, but TRIPLE charged me for my ticket. :?

Upon ringing them, I was given an apology and told that the refund would take up to 6 weeks.

6 weeks? Pigs arse I said. I gave them 7 days or I'll go to the ombudsman and to Today Tonight I said, not to mention the dishonour fees I'd be charged for not having enough money in the bank now to cover organised debits, meaning that the said $139 trip would end up costing me potentially up to $120 more because of their screw up.

I'll be pushing for star class for this trip, I tell ya what :?

Go get 'em girl

Would it be worth trying to tell your bank what they've done to see if they'll waive any charges you might incur as it's not your fault...just a thought.

14th of Feb, I'm told this is potentially close to the AFL trial up there which I was oblivious to.

I don't watch Port games here so Im not going to sacrifice time with my cousin (who I haven't seen for 20 years) to go and watch that rabble anyway

Only reason Im going at this time of year is because I get an all expensed paid 1st class train trip back through work :D

If they can take the payment they can refund it as quickly as they take it.
However if you used a credit card the second and third are unauthorised charges and the credit card company can act.

Passing a "speed cameras save lives" sign on South Terrace Adelaide, glancing at the speedo to see that it sits comfortably on 60, and THEN passing a sign saying "remember, the limit is 50 unless otherwise signposted". South Terrace is a main road, has two lanes each way taking a fair volume of traffic, and it's NOT a 60 zone? WTF?

Will be watching the postbox with trepidation this week

Sauvignon Blanc, particularly those from New Zealand. FFS women, if you are gonna drink 10 bottles of wine a week, surely you could buy a couple of different varietals or, heaven forbid an Adelaide hills Sauv Blanc
