I'm 178cm's, my BMI says I'm just above par now but I'm pretty broad so I think it's a load of shit.

I don't think I need to lose any more.

I went the other way. Started the year at 74kgs.

Wanted to hit and maintain at least 80kgs.

Been sitting on 84kgs for about 2 months.

Aiming to stay there?

We'll see. I'll know when I play my first game of gridiron this year. I feel pretty comfortable at training though. The main reason is to be more solid during tackles, especially against the run where they're at full speed and you need to stop them dead.
