It's a photo with so much comical puns, seriously though, really enjoyed it. I physically couldn't have done it 6 months ago before I got into hospitality, never even felt like a beer at anytime. Love my family.

Nice little visit to Roll'n'Bower yesterday so brought home a few spare Vietnamese Rolls.

Brekky done right this morning - Butter, Vegemite, Melted Cheese, Avo, Fried Egg on a heaven sent roll. Ready now to tackle the Form Guide, brilliant Sat morning!! :D

tax return done, now just awaiting the moolah to arrive in the bank account. :)

ive already spent most of it in my head, but it will be nice to get a few new things shortly. off to check over/fondle/put a deposit down on something saturday morning and already i cant wait :)

At 98.6kg a while back I aimed to get down to 80kg, I weighed in at 79.2 this morning.

Went from squeezing into 87 pants to plenty of room in 82's, 4 belt holes.

I went the other way. Started the year at 74kgs.

Wanted to hit and maintain at least 80kgs.

Been sitting on 84kgs for about 2 months.
