Absolute rubbish slug, dont post about things that you know very little about. As for Owen being at Jervois, his grandfather is a life member there, so if he was going to leave Tailem Bend I know its been a goal of his to play for Jervois out of respect for his grandfather.
Dont sling mud at peoples character to pump up your own tyres, and if anyone has a problem with this they can PM me

Logical response. However, how many of Tuesday's papers would they sell on Wednesday (Thursday's on Friday)? There is a fair portion of the RMFL community not within reach of the Standard's distribution chain and essentially miss out all together. It was a good read and its a shame I've had to resort to these forums to get my info

From The Outer wrote:Champ - we can all read and your intial post did not say half of this. The point I was trying to make that players who sign a Community Football Board contract should feel obliged to honour it, no matter what the situation. In many cases they have asked for big $$ and this time of the year clubs have little opportunity to replace them if they suddenly have a change of heart.

I think the standard website usually has some of the articles, but they never seem to have everything so I'm not sure what the go is there, I'm sure someone that works for the standard is on this forum a bit and can hopefully inform us why this is,

It has been organised that Peter Dalwood's Boots 'n' All column - his tips and game previews – will now be on the website every Thursday, while his Postscripts column will be on The Murray Valley Standard's website on a Tuesday.
What remains alone in the printed version is the match write-ups.
The Standard's website is found at http://www.murrayvalleystandard.com.au and is optimised for mobile devices.
