Not too many from Barossa there. Willaston wanna be's might be closer.

Care to explain? 3 ex willaston players makes HB, Willaston wannabe's???

My tips for the week for what they are worth:

United over Two Wells by 5 goals - despite what Footy Warrior thinks
Mallala over Hamley by 20+ goals - Mallala to possibly rest some key players
Virginia over Balaklava by 6 goals - Balak in great form but would help us if Virginia wins
United to have the showers to themselves as Two Wells know better than to shower in their own changerooms.
If you don't like it, change it. If you don't want to change it, it can't be that bad!

5 off the top of my head. Probably more?
Pratt, Green, Mackareth, Natt & Naulty (from Mallala via Willaston). Lampard?

Sorry, meant Barossa as in the league, not the team.

Hamley only ever seem to do alright when they kick the locals out and get ring ins in.

The latest bunch are wanna be's because although they are ring ins they are hopeless ones.

Hopefully the hammy hold up.

There is alot of pressure on that hammy too! Be careful duke! You need all your strength to sit behind the pack and get fed all day from the ball winners. But hey i guess they need someone to give it to! ;)

Hamley probably have gone alright when they have paid out good money for all the ring ins. Apart from the 3 willaston lads and 1 gawler central player the rest of the side are made up of local Hamley Bridge boys (or players that have been around the club for 4+ years). Unfortunately this year hasn't been great for the bombers but certainly gets a little confussing when we go alright we get criticised for spending the dollars and the last few years we have looked at devoloping the locals and not spending big money we are criticised for being shit. Yep totally agree that the club should be more competative, no one is denying that fact but the club is a young group that have been given an opportunity at A-grade level and hopefully a good portion of the players such as the Luke Weddings, Stuey Gregory, Jed Eastwood and Angus Lemmans all become quality A-graders in years to come as all of them are under 20 plus probably another 6-7 in that age bracket. Get off Hamley's back unless you want to volunteer to come out and help out. It is extremely tough sitting behind a computer bagging the F**K out of players and clubs but have a little respect to everyone involved. I would like to see the football ability of half the bloggers on this sight. Would be very interesting to see their credentials compared to the comments they make. I don't get on here much but when I do its about football / APFL in general but certainly not about bagging anyone or any club. Yes its a forum but I know for a fact that a lot of people read this and get quite down on what is said. Seriously sometimes it gets a little personal and lets just remember what happened to the 16 year old geelong girl earlier in the week. Sometimes what issaid on this sort of forum isn't that much different

Sorry, forgot that Hamley's A grade was made up of 16 year old girls. I'll be more sensitive next time.

Maybe if you did come on here more often then you would realise that its not always about bagging clubs and players. If you know a bloke that gets 'quite down' about what is written on here, then he/she needs to harden up. This forum is 99% friendly banter, the 1% that get personal are generally tools that dont seem to last too long on here anyway. So tell your mate the lighten up a bit!!

Think you'll find that not many blokes on here are bagging Hamley, anyone who plays in our leagee would understand the situation Hamely is currently in and accept that one day they will be back up the top where they have been in the past.

I think the comparison the 16 yr old in Geelong is a bit extreme!!

Lighten up mate..

Got it right this time MC. Lee Almond and Wally Hand beat United by themselves. Almond hasn't had a history of polling well at Mail Medal Counts, but he'll give it a fair crack this year.

I understand the point you are trying to make but that is a piss poor effort on your behalf saying this is similar to what happened in her case.

Like Donkey said whilst we may all occasionally bag Hamley as a club (name a club which hasn't been bagged by someone on here) its only the dickheads like BobbyNeil (AKA The Big Shrek) that individually bag anyone. I would suggest to the bloke getting down on himself when reading this to either not come here for a read or harden up a touch as this site is all a bit of fun!

Indeed you did get it right FW. At this stage we are 1-1 all in regards to tipping Two Wells ;) . I will admit you have slight bragging rights at the moment given the performance on Saturday against us though :( . Allmond and Hand certainly did play well but there were plenty of other contributors from Two Wells to get them over the line. If only Wally could kick straight he would have easily had double figures.

Highlight of the day would have to be when Tallan Leighton was running along the wing, took a couple of bounces towards the HFF when brother Khan in what looked like to be an attempted shepherd (not sure why cause nobody was within 10 metres of Tallan) cleaned him and himself up in front of our coaches box.

i can see were you are comming from being from freeling which arent going to flash at the momment, you need to remember that everyclub goes through this time at the bottom somtimes its only for a year and somtimes its for 10 years but every club has it. and they will get critisied for it but you just need to stay as a team and take it on the chin, best example is callington atm they arnt going to flash atm but they still get out on that park everyweek affter getting bashed on and of the field, there is nothing wrong with paying players to come play it happens everywere and to everyteam no team can say they dont pay atleast 1 player if it gets you a win do it as much as you want.
