Good to get Shanty and Mt Barker trips over early too.
On the road trip theme, how are people looking forward to the Birdwood trek. **** it's a long way to go. Anyone know what the oval and facilities are like? I've only driven through 1 or 2 times.

One end jacks up a bit(yes like a velodrome) but from about centre half forward it's dead flat...it'll definately be one of the better central ovals, as i said, provided it doesn't rain too much...but let's be honest here, i don't think there would be a league in australia with worse ovals overall than Hills Div 1...ahh shit sorry, very sorry, i 'mean hills central!!
Thoughts?

yes some of the ovals can turn to rubbish after rain but than again how many other leagues would get as much rain as the hills!
