Goal umpired a match with him about 20 years ago, he signalled a goal, got his card out, marked the goal down and that was it. I was down the other end with my 2 flags waiting for him but it never happened. On questioning him at the next break, he denied it, that he had forgotten to wave the flags and said that he'd NEVER made a mistake.Enough said.
Until others put their hands up to be available for finals, the same fellas will get the job.

If only the typo error was true for strath. Nathan eagleton was listed in the midfield instead of his younger brother jonathon would be very handy for this weekend. Can anyone think of players that should have been included in the team of the year that didn't make it? Wes glass pretty unlucky, would have had pratt starting on the field and maybe loccy mcgregor up fwd instead of miegel maybe? Only club that weren't represented was goolwa.
