Congrats to Darren 'Barny' Williams with his first ever a grade half century!

We umpired ourselves today due to personal reasons for Tony Fremone and I'm sure the Morphy lads would agree it worked really well.

The North Haven CC wishes to extend our condolences to the Fromene family at this sad time. Tony is a well respected member of the North Haven family and our thoughts are with him at this time.

Belair are in section 1 from being good enough, where they play is irrelevant.
Your ground is a joke too btw.
Having to jump fences for miss-hits to get the ball, now thats a joke!!!

There are very few ovals in this comp that are suitable for A grade cricket the fact that only 2 or 3 sides supply afternoon tea or water for opposition clubs is an absolute disgrace how hard is it to put on some F*kn sandwiches or water etc

So if your continuously jumping fences to fetch balls maybe take a look at your bowling attack champ.

If Home sides are doing this to their opponents then its no wonder each club thinks each other are a bunch of c**ts

Show a bit of respect to your opposition and you might get some on the field also. Christ they might even stick around for a beverage after play

I'm talking about the state of the ground you pelican, not the size of it at all. Your side stop bowling poo to us and we will stop hitting it in the houses

Ease up kids!

Belair's ground is unique in that there is an abundance of various animal's... leavings! It is not that fun to play on.

As far as everyone elses ground goes there are many that are no up to standard, Plympton Oval 2-3 years ago was an absolute disgrace, 15 years ago it was a bowling green, and its on the mend again but by no means is it fantastic, its all swings and round abouts.

Western Youth is a great surface but about the size of a postage stamp, all grounds have thier good points and bad points.

With regard to making drinks or afternoon tea available for the opposition - ho hum - its not going to ruin my day if i don't get a tim-tam during a game of cricket. Plympton Make about 5 or 6 jugs of flavoured soda water available at each interval, as well as water jugs, but most clubs don't drink it anyway because they are not used to the opposition supplying it! So who cares?

So to the clubs that put on a spread, well done. To the ones that don't, meh, no issue!

Why would it be a joke? Have you played there in a team that has made over 300 when batting?

Belair's oval was not fit for B grade cricket 8 years ago. Certainly wouldn't be fit for section 1 now.

Have been on this forum for a while now and really enjoy the banter . Sure I deliberately stir the pot and have a go at some clubs and players. However Would you believe would have to dribble the most rubbish by a mile you give the Plympton club a bad name and if you are who I have been told you are you were a very average player who has nothing to do with the comp anymore. So topics like afternoon tea etc in our current comp dont concern you

and im the on who dribbles the most rubbish, the highlighted sentence sums you up!!!
considering i never speak negatively bout pfcc, im intrigued how i give pfcc a bad name? this is a public forum so im guessing anyone can have an opinion bout anyone and anything... its no secret who i am, and ive never confessed that i was any good, quite the opposite. im not sure how afternoon tea is such a touchy subject. to be honest i couldnt give a sh*t who you are or what you do or how good you think you are... ive wasted enough time on you... have a nice day.

Our ground has the best surface in the comp - some could argue Westminster but I think our surface is better!
