line bet is a handicap bet- the favoured team in an event starts on minus points, the other starts on plus points.
eg #1 Fremantle -53.5 @ $1.91 means for the punter to collect on Fremantle $1.91 Line bet, Fremantle need to win by 54 points or more.
eg #2 Richmond +53.5 @ $1.91, Richmond must lose by 53 points or less.
the ".5" factor is to eliminate the prospect of a draw
