I love this little bit from ASADA boss Ben McDevitt
"While all claim to represent the interest of the players and/or Australian sport, the advice as to remedial actions varies dramatically.
"In my role as protector of clean athletes in Australia, my advice to them is that if they want to act in the best interest of the players they should review the 12,000 pages of evidence and follow the due process.
"I only wish that such interest in player welfare had been present in 2012."

My take was that it just goes straight to the AFL to decide the penalties now. Probably in 2-3 weeks they will go on trial, they wouldnt be banned until the outcome of that id think or am I missing something?

Surely this aspect of the saga has to be reviewed so that someone can't thumb their nose at the process in the future. Also, every avenue should be investigated to ensure that Dank has to answer to the Essendon allegations that he seems to be associated with.

This is probably the bit im most pissed off about.
ASADA have numerous emails from Hird to Dank specifically telling Dank that all supplements must be approved by ASADA and WADA and that nothing illegal or harmful is to be used. Dank keeps saying he gave nothing illegal and that when the time is right he will clear the players names. Im kind of guessing the time is right about now Dank, stop avoiding this mess and take the stand. His testimony will either sink us further or save players but atleast it will face the music

Zaharakis refused any injections but got a SC notice because he signed the waiver form, would think they would need to prove he received an injection. Also reading the evidence the ammount of TB4 alledgedly brought by Dank was only enough for about 30-40 doses, did every player receive 1 dose only which hardly seems beneficial or did a couple of players receive multiple injections of it and some none?
Still cant believe Dank will never have to face any music it seems, he keeps saying nothing prohibitive was given but wont talk to ASADA
