Those two things say more than enough. You don't often see teammates coming out and giving one their own a little slap on the wrist in the media, most of the time what they say is only an tenth of what they really feel, its always softened down for media purposes.
The next step is what character Rachele has, does he take the hard road and some how try and find a balance and earn his spot back in the side. Or does he take the easy road and hate everything about Adelaide/SA and look for a trade back home.
Being dropped isn't because of performance.
The experienced teammate plays like a robot and has personality of a dead scarecrow.
Says more about player management and coaching.
If what he said doesn't align with the club, then clearly the club did a poor job in detailing what they want from the squad.
