Even allowing for the generally good reception he gets from umpires, Adam Goodes has also had some big games for Sydney. Ryan Griffen has also had a sound start to the year at the Bulldogs.
The intangible might be Nic Natanui. While the Eagles have only won one game, he is physically very hard to ignore and the spectacular things he does might be sneaking him preferences.

9 votes IMO wouldnt be leading at this stage, so makes it impossible for Judd to be leading. It would be all collingwood players to get votes against Carlton surely
