Probably would have got 10k less at Adelaide.
News Flash: People obviously want to go to Footy Pk
Good to see an article in the paper today with legitimate concerns and not the usual Rucci crap that gets the sheep in. Didn't get the front page exposure that Rucci pushes but an improvement none the less.

My names not REB and you're right that it doesn't have anything to do with any political preference, if the Libs had offered a hacked up Adelaide Oval with a hospital in the worst possible spot and Labor had offered a new oval I would have voted Labor, I really don't care. Also would have voted nationally for Labor if Rudd was still in charge, the parties are irrelevent to me.

The Sleeping Giant wrote:All piss weak reasons Dutchy, especially the "views obscured". How retarded are some people, who pay money to look at the hills.
But this one is the best.
"4. The fact that SACA’s tenure and use of the Oval will be limited to five months and one week of the year (mid-October to mid-March), which will preclude South Australia from ever hosting the Sheffield Shield final."
Firstly it is speculating. Secondly, even if true, history says it's not something SACA really have to worry about.
Funny how we didn't hear much complaining when it was suggested Shield games get moved to the Bay.

Wasn't that on the agenda at the last election?

Maybe the vocal minority can see the bigger picture, a 2 stadia town, why the rush all of a sudden to cram 2 sports into one stadium?
