What an awesome service, makes me glad I have a PC media centre hooked up to my TV!
But surely this service can be used to overcome the issue we had earlier with SANFL / WAFL / VFL coverage being stripped from ABC2! Maybe this is where we should now direct our protests...

Sounds similar to this...and they do use it show soccer and other sports...you can download shows and they'll last for 30 days. Probably wouldn't be available to overseas supporters (the BBC's isn't) but would be the perfect solution for you guys.

...even the old BBC, which I think is sort of equivelent to your ABC, now has a system for downloading shows...think they call it iPlayer and they include soccer matches.
