so you are less negligent because the consequences were less?

Im not saying you were in the wrong, Im saying you cant blame others for a kid running away. it happens.

Im with the others that have said how in the hell does a 4 year old get into the enclosure in the first place? If he cant, then he is there "pointing at the gorillas"
