If there really is such a number as bazillion - that's what he should get.

I'm not sure it's what he should get, it's what he might get though.

Lucky we didn't hang him like a few on here suggested.

Perhaps people should get a full perspective of what has really transpired opposed to running with a good story the media have thrown together. There was plenty more to what met the eye.

Conviction overturned. May be a double edged sword.

May now have to face charges in Australia.

Reality is he is a dropkick father who deserted his children.

Eh? How do you work that out? Sought an attractive job prospect in a field of work that he liked in Japan after a failed relationship?

Last time I seen him was at his son's footy game.

The Australian army didn't want him due to his poor literacy skills yet it seemed fine reading through what our media posted on his poetry.
It was a long story and chain of events that led him to where he was when captured by the US, I do wonder who the real villians are at times though.

The US invaded Afghanistan, not the other way around.

The US detained him for around 7 years with no real charge apart from being an enemy of theirs, yet if other countries do it they are classed as POW's.

Either way, they are both wrong.

There he was on a sporting shooters holidays in Kosova, Pakistan, Afghanistan and 27 other 'stans and was minding his own business when........
I wonder how many other people will say "I was over in Syria and Iraq on holidays & hitched a ride with these nice black flagged men in jeeps when....."
He was tried under a law that didn't exist - we all knew the US had f***ed that up
Doesn't mean he's a poor unfortunate soul doing nothing minding his own business

Come on Jimmy, hasn't a little part of you wanted to become a freedom fighter in Kosovo?

He's damn lucky that he was captured, not killed I guess, but then again, Guantanamo Bay wouldn't have been no Club Med.

The first time I seen him after his release I didn't really discuss it much with him, I did ask him how much does he enjoy a steak now though. I'm a bit spewing though, after all my schooling and study, he's going to end up far richer than I'll ever be.

Currently 100 Australian citizens join the Israel army to fight for "the home land" and then return home.

Lucky us, the Hicks bandwagon just rolls on, soon no doubt to be financially enriched.

Any if anyone is in any doubt, any doubt, about the benefits of a good academic and moral education, just take a minute to take in the twin spectacles of old man Terry and David.
