The Chinese commentary made more sense to me than anything KG has said in 30 years.

What's with Essendon's red jumpers tonight? Those Chinese commentators will definitely be talking about that. And they share common ground, since communist regimes are big on the performance enhancing drugs.

Essendon and Geelong playing the inaugural 'country match'? WTF?

Mind you, the idea of a country match was more interesting than the entire third quarter.

I didnt think we were at war with China but tonights demonstration of psychological warfare would suggest that. We will soon bring out the big guns and beam Carlton and Essendon to them.

Round 3....and they start to appear.

by Jim05 » Fri Apr 08, 2016 11:30 pm

Went there expecting a 10 goal loss and that's what we got. Simply don't have the cattle to compete with most teams. Pleased we didn't drop our bundle after 1/4 time and kept having a dig. Didn't think we played that badly, as predicted our defence couldn't hold up and we won't kick enough goals to worry too many sides. This year isn't about winning and I was pretty happy with a few of the kids tonight and we just need to keep developing them
