Both teams to finish bottom two, too many turnovers

Port for the spoon, lock it in
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

What was with Dwayne Russell and Jason Dunstall constantly referring to Mark Ricciuto as 'West Adelaide's Greatest Ever Player'?

Joke or no joke, I think it's disrespectful to the blokes who plied their trade for years at Westies. It would be like saying Nathan Buckley is the greatest ever Brisbane or Port Adelaide player. With Russell's SANFL background, he ought to know better.

it's not NAB cup, but it's pre-season so i thought i'd add it here.
Saw some footage of the swans most recent internal trial... Couple of good signs, Pyke played a bit up forward, looked very solid, so there is another tall who'll go forward a bit during the year i reckon... So did Tippett. Franklin looked like he was playing up the ground a bit. Didn't kick any majors, kicked his usual behinds. But got his hands on it a bit. And the usual crew looked pretty good to, from what footage i saw... Obviously you don't take to much from it... K-Jack crunched Buddy, which was pretty funny. The only negative i saw was Buddy's beard!

I don't think Pyke will play much up forward. With Buddy and Tippett and then Goodes as well and of course the forgotten Ried.

Good problem to have but on the SCG how many can you fit?

i did say a bit up forward.. not alot... Just a handy option, just in case.

I reckon Tippett and Buddy will be used very similar to how Hall and O'loughlin was used....

They can make comments on how well he is going though, fitting into the group nicely, played well for his first hitout. Got no problems with them saying he is worth the money. Obviously it is early stages though

From my point of view

Crows to win the premiership
Betts to win the Coleman
Matt Crouch the Rising Star Award
Dangerfield the Brownlow

Yeah I heard that too, very cringeworthy. Advertiser said the same thing. FFS it was a practice game against a half strength opposition.
