Youare a knob mate no where has anyone said that ... thing is we beat a team in the top 4 which is what the post was alluding to if we get any where the 8 I for one will be surprised our best is good but we are way to inconsistent here 1 week gone the next I have us around 9th to 12 th .. no talk of flags here !

Nice try. Gold Coast have beaten the bottom 6 teams not Geelong, Fremantle and Hawthorn.

Going into today's game they were a top 4 side...

GWS were a top 4 side after Round 1...

Let's see if Gold Coast are still a top 4 side in August after they've played some teams that are a genuine contender for the finals

Realistically think 6 spots are done and there is a group of 5 fighting for 7th and 8th. Not a good year to finish 7th or 8th as the way it will end up it will probably mean a visit to Geelong, Collingwood or Hawthorn.
North and Adelaide favourites for those two spots IMO unless the Suns can pinch a couple of their next few

i think we have to win 3 of them for sure. should beat north at home, and essendon are pretty average but can still turn it on occasionally, so that wont be easy either.

showdown is probably the big one. if we could jag that it could set our season up. (well re-set it up after losing some games we never should have)

freo havent been on fire lately either, they are also ripe for the picking.

North are always a difficult one to predict, they are the biggest nightmares for tipsters, never know which side will rock up. Could beat the Crows easily or be thrashed by them. I think you should have us covered although Bomber has been saying for weeks we will be a lot better after the bye, as for Port even at your best I cant see you getting within 5 goals of them. They are the equal best side in the comp currently IMO

port, hawthorn, sydney, collingwood and geelong seem to be the teams fighting it out for top 4. possibly freo too given they have a good percentage and are only 1 game back.

that leaves 7th and 8th to fight for, with gold coast, north melbourne, crows and essendon to fight for that spot.

I have been to every Crows game and he has been consistent and honest but hardly a match winner. That post reeks of Crows bias. its not as if he breaks lines or sets the game alight. He just does a good job blanketing and the list you have mentioned apart from Cloke who was horribly out of form is hardly note worthy.

calm down mate, its just his opinion. for the record i agree with you, but still.

talia has done well, but needs to add a rebounding element to his game to be really damaging. even truck had that (in his prime), and especially bock and others.

he curently averages 14.7 disposals and 5.9 marks a game. lift that to 18-20 and 8-10 and he would be an all australian defender. but not just yet.
