Todays paper mentions that Mike Godber has been appointed interim cheif. Formally worked as the head of QLD Harness Racing and had worked as CEO of Addington in NZ. Sounds like a good appointment.

I'm interested:

3 - 4 years ago:
There was massive debt
Prize money was at a low

Today there's:
Money in the bank
Record prize money
Distribution of funds for club infrastructure improvements

and the industry is probably in the best shape its been in for the past 14 years

So, who are the 3 you'd get rid of and I assume you'd go on the board?

Yes the board is in the best position it has been in for years .
but with Aldred gone who is going to take us to the next level .
The board needs a puppet to do its work they should have let Aldred do his job and but out!!
Re job "You should never assume anything "
Good , Stand , & George would be the 3 i would get rid of.
