Whereas Norwood actively sought to get into bed with the Crows - and was spurned.

From the Sunday Mail, 11 AUG 1996, Page 56 :

Reports last week suggested Norwood was set to launch another campaign
to try and have the Crows relocated to the Parade, following the West
Coast Eagles' move from their Subiaco headquarters to West Perth's
Leederville Oval.

Norwood raised the issue two years ago and its argument is that the
Crows lacked heart and soul and that Football Park didn't provide
members and supporters with an ideal home base.

The plan went to the Crows and commission and was rejected outright.

But Neil Craig doesnt have the guts to get rid of dead wood like McGregor, Burton, Shirley and Biglands.....who brought their finals winning culture to the club :roll:
