All of 7's channels only work when the Foxtel is turned off at the wall. So I'm thinking it would be an interference from one of the things you mentioned. You may have to run a few tests turning things off to see if you can pick up channel 9 again.

The last 3 times I've moved as a pre requisite Foxtel had to be installed before we moved in

TBH, I only really watched AFL on it, and can get GoT and Walking Dead via other means

If Foxtel ever revamps their distribution model, I'll think about getting it again.

We were able to when we lived in a rental that had Foxtel via cable... However everywhere else has been a dish and only get ABC and SBS.

yep, with iq3 you plug your tv antenna into it as well as the satellite
