Anyone at Freeling tell me how the Broadview recruits are going? Jarman x 2, Scott Williams?

Centrals may be on the Money so to speak with their recruits

Two wins against 2 finalist from last year, one being the reigning premiers...
Just break even for the remainder of the round and turn 5-3 should see them back in the finals action. Considering they have Freeling Nuri and Ango still to come, that seems highly likely.

Given Willastons form, hard to see them miss out either from here (even though they have been know to self implode in the past).

Top 4 looking the same as couple of years ago (but maybe different order)...

Willaston
Gawler Central
Barossa
Tanunda

What an intriguing round of results!
Kapunda starts in a blaze of glory, but gets pumped in it's two subsequent matches. Freeling kicks one goal the previous week, then comes out and beats a last start winner, with Nuriootpa's form going up and down like a honeymooner. Willaston and Gawler Central looking the real deal, but some major head scratching must be going on for Barossa District's match committee.
Tanunda still well in the mix, with Angaston well and truly coming back to earth, but with J. Ryan, D. Rathjen, Rusca and Wilson all in the best players, plenty to look forward to. South Gawler had the bye, but look in sound shape at this stage.
Will be hard to measure what an "upset" actually constitutes in 2013!

I think you'll find they have removed the dead weights from the previous 2 seasons and occa has brought in some hard working players committed to the cause. Time will tell though, but the vibe coming out of elliot goodger is they are just taking it one week at a time and keeping a lid on it. But excellent to see shaun baker in some of the form that won him 2 schluter medals, amazing what a change of coach and a new atmosphere around the club can do to some.

I think he will suit up for a few during the year, I heard he was talking about playing maybe half a dozen

big round of footy coming up
will the picture get any clearer of who sits where?
can nuri win the battle of the tigers on home turf
am tipping centrals in this one.
can freeling surprise everyone in getting over Tanunda
doubt it very much...........pies by plenty
hearing out of the mountains old man doecke is stealing himself for a tagging role on bakes this weekend
predicting an upset here with the panthers back in the winners circle.
Barossa and south probably match of the round for me
both need to show something here or it could be curtains for 2013
Barossa for me!

looking forward to Saturday night...........not for the results
just the bender ill be on!

Agree with most of that, can't go past Willaston on form though.

Bit early to write any sides off so early
South has only played 2 games so far and Barossa only finished 4th at end of minor round last year and still won the flag

Donnys are always a time bomb waiting to explode and will pay my admission to wait for Bakes to hit that button.
A young Hermy could have enough tricks in his bag to get through the smoke and mirrors of O'Connor.
Looking forward to see young Bain respond and learn the craft of shirking the tag with the engine room from the early games now on the sidelines.
See you at the bar Pinchy.

Wfc was like watching a cat play with a ball of wool , your panthers will need to do better next time.

Dr pink was on the money there, too many are doubting the donnies and i think they like that tag too. Freeling are there bogy side, so next saturday should be a test to see where they really are at if they havent already proved it!

Was thinking about getting to this game Osama to see this time bomb go off, so fill me in at what stage of the game did it explode? Instead I watched a brave Freeling have a crack at the blockies, that game was worth the admission fee.
