I dont think it would be good PR for their newest, highly paid player to be playing in the 2's. What if his form in the 2's doesnt warrant the call up?
At least if they start him at AFL level, they can claim the poor performances on being rusty for the first few weeks.
I do think he'll do just as well as he did at the Crows, if not better.

Well gutterboy, guess what? I think (so do the Swans) that his best footy is ahead of him in a decent football culture and environment that enables him to become almost as valuable and intimidating as Browny. If he stays fit, I'm tipping Tippett will play a major role in Sydney's next premiership

not a crows supporter at all.....cant even make the top 50 best footballers....and ask for a price tag like that....guys like ablett snr who can make good footballers look second rate deserve that sort of dosh....
