Smithfield are up and about after a slow start, the West Croydon loss will cost them though later as they play CLG in the last round.

On a seperate note well done to John Clavell Today who played his 300th game for West Croydon In the B’s. A few Of our boys who have played against him a few times today wanted to pay respects at the end of the match and he also got a mention back at our presentations tonight. Great to see people who represent their clubs for so long have their day and he has been a fantastic representative for West Croydon over the years.

Reckon there are a few other clubs in this comp who will say the same thing re A’s and B’s And having their full contingent on the park. Let’s be real, in a shortened season with a complexed preseason and start up, no one is getting anything near their full sides on the park right now. If you are then offer your services to an AFL club as they are having issues too...

We take the win and move on. Hard place to win, compounded by the fact we lost 3 blokes this morning made it a good couple of wins for us. Reserves had two blokes come up from the C grade and the A grade the same from the reserves.
