Only issue I have now is that a global corporation has shown its true colours as it doesn't give a shit about legitimate reporting because it affects their profits. Allowing unchecked facts to prosper.

I agree with you but to be honest I will miss some of the news articles only for the meltdown in the comments. They were always such a good read.

I think it shows how engrained Facebook has become I our lives that there is such a meltdown about them blocking the news outlets. If Facebook is the main source of your news then you can't really believe you are getting good information.

Most of the news I used to read on FB was from 3 or 4 days ago anyway because FB can't keep up with recent postings.

Yes, it was very stupid to remove "necessary" sites like SA health and CFS. Mind you, i don't miss all the numpties that comment every time someone turns up positive in a medi hotel :roll:

This, the woman at work that sends us our daily email with any updates used to get them from FB, we're not getting them atm.
