Even fools know there's nothing to suggest who Sydney pick at 9 would have been the same bloke Port would have/could have.

Port had 9 and 49 before the trade period, nothing in the 2nd round,we've now got 14,17,30 and 31. Two in the 1st round and 2 in the 2nd round.

We've also given up next years 1st rounder but as we've seen this trade period you can shuffle the decks during the trade window and get that back.

Yeah and considering Crows have pick 13 it doesn't look like a SA lad otherwise the crows would get him? Just thought it was a bit strange to drop behind the crows in the draft considering that SA player scenario.
