And around the corner a house on Woodville Rd situated on a 4600m2 block asking $5million!Booney wrote:*Two days ago*
A house that I have looked at for over 20 years travelling to and from the city and when we used to deliver Yellow Pages for the cricket club is finally on the market. It's a magnificent looking home on a massive block at Woodville Park, I had wondered for years what of it, how did it get to the condition it was in?
The term potential fits this place and anyone who has ever used the Outer Harbor / Grange lines would know it.

She is absolutely gorgeous, just a brillant all round person too, goes and gets my lunch every week as we have Cold Roll Friday.

There's an opportunity for an ambitious young man
But you shouldn't play at work so post a photo and phone # on here for the single blokes

He was in career best form, making some good players look ordinary, then gets blown off the court by Alcaraz.
Probably one of the fittest on tour, gives 100% all the time, but just does not have the size or strength to ever beat Carlos or Sinner etc. The only way he gets past the Quarter Finals in a grand slam will be if one of the top seeds in his side of the draw gets bundled out early unfortunately

I was just having the same convo with the missus, she said I was harsh, but I agree with you 100%.
Whilst a very good player, top 10 is a great effort, but he’s not improving against the very top players and is miles off.

Hard to believe that Alcaraz is only 22.

Yep.
Love me tennis but Alcaraz and Sinner might make it pretty boring for the next 20 years. They are going to play against each other in a lot of grand slams thats for sure.
