It won't be; the minimum recorded is 29
Reason being, it's recorded from 9am the previous day to 9am this morning. The 29 was from just after 9 yesterday morning.
Maximums are recorded from 9am that day to 9am the following morning.
It's done that way to ensure continuity from back in the days when somewhere like a post office worker would make a note of the record when they opened up at 9am.
