I know the Heat only made 132 but when they had the Hurricanes 3/7 and 4/22 I thought game over then 5/56 from 8.4 you're not coming back from that but they almost won! (Obviously DLS was at play too)

Where does the BBL rank in terms of T20 comps around the world? The IPL is the richest but is it the best?

You would have thought a "competitive net" wouldn't have hurt Travis tonight, given his output/time in the middle in the 5th test....
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

IPL is the best by a long shot.

BBL wouldn’t rate in the top 3 or 4, maybe with two less teams and double the salary cap we could improve the standard. It serves its purpose and gets enough attendance so I can’t see any drastic measures coming our way to improve it.

Depends on who you listen too/what articles you read, there's the CPL (Caribbean), PSL (Pakistan), T20 Blast (England), SA20 (South Africa), LPL (Sri Lanka) and the ILT20 (UAE) to compare to the BBL.

Australia’s depth in the competition would have to be better than all those comps above. England would be the closest but given there is about 18 teams there has to be some real spuds getting some games.

Strikers bowling is pump. Payne, Thornton and Pope are no good. Hurricanes should not have made 120 then.

Batting been held together by Matt Short and Chris Lynn, they go early be in trouble.
