Marnus got a good one, just acknowledge it and get off

Both looked like a pair of scrotums, Smith striking at like 40 gets out in that fashion? What else was that shot going to achieve? They had 44% of their fielders in that vicinity yet it was the pitch’s fault? And then there’s Marnus “carn fellas, don’t I get a chance?”

Come on LM ease up a bit mate
There are plenty of cricketers ive seen and played against in the Marnus + Blonde Don clone
Would get upset on getting out, stand their ground , etc etc
However with most of them the sulking stopped when the other Primary Schoolkids bullied them over it

hahaha.

That Marsh LBW is one that is given 1001 times out of 1000 at community/country level but never should be given because on hard wickets its always going to bounce over. The shot was so poor though you just have to give it.

I've always wondered why players wear jumpers/vests on a 25 degree day, might have cost Carey his wicket too.

For me it's more the fact that they look thoroughly amazed that they've just got out.

As if a wicket falling during a cricket match is some sort of trillion-to-one black swan moment.

That's a fine right there for Cummins - getting out LBW to a full toss.

Here is a quirky one, in the end it didn't eventuate in that case but nearly did.

The ball hit the front pad first and then richoched onto the back pad. Hawkeye took the LBW from the where the first contact was made on the front pad which was slightly further down leg.

If that was missing the stumps could they then do a hawkeye from where the contact was made on the back pad which would have been hitting middle half way up.

No, laws of cricket state it is the first impact only that will be considered.

36.2.1 In assessing points in 36.1.3, 36.1.4 and 36.1.5, only the first interception is to be considered.

Selfless batting from the Aussies here.
The bottom 10 have all given their wickets away to ensure Davey gets a second knock this match and can still go out with a 100 and or the winning runs.

Nah, it's going to take two batsmen to replace Davey.

Out: Davey, Josh
In: 2 Camerons, Green & Bancroft.

Pat, Gary, Mitch, Mitch, CamG to do the bowling, with a little support from Trav as required.

;)
