You don't have to go through weeks of testimony

Who knows, might end up like the Ben Roberts-Smith case and blow up in Lehrmann’s face.

In any case, as both have been discredited by their own testimonies, I’d suggest he’s got a snowball’s chance of winning the case, but we’ll see soon enough.

I haven't got a dog in this fight

As you say, the summing up is showing that both of them have told some porkies and the judge actually said so.

But the biggest liars are those with a dog in the fight: the dis/mis information has been appalling
As Mr Whybrow said, the presumption of innocent until proven guilty has been completely destroyed in this matter

Doesn’t take long to stand at an ATM to get cash out for the kids.

As a National Retail Manager for many years anyone who has a crack at you for doing last minute shopping has no idea. Supermarkets/butchers and green grocers are giving shit away after 3pm and if you want some serious bargains visit a bakery after midday Xmas eve! On top of all that shops are dead after 2pm with plenty of parks and many stores are setting up Boxing Day sales so staff can leave at 5-5:30pm. Cheapest and best time to shop.

Almost a white Christmas in Australia. Up at Courabyra with the family for lunch and we copped a light dusting of snow.
