Devon and Lobster on crumpets ;)

Nah, roast beef (Sundays), cheese, tomato, and onion toasties with cracked pepper and mixed 'erbs...

I have the same thing every week from Monday to Wednesday, some weeks I’ll replace the prawns with chicken or salmon.

Wraps, Cruskits or crossiants for me.

Various fillings depending on what I have around

Todays wrap is ham, gherkins, wicked onions, tomato, coleslaw mix, whole egg mayo ( only type ) and lots of cracked black pepper.

In the warmer months I'll bring in a full Wog Boy lunch, crackers with salami, ham, olives, pickled onions, pickles, cheese of two or three types, cherry tomatoes etc.
