You would think that just a forward prod with no footwork in the previous 5 balls would have him ready for a change of length.

Now Smith blocks out an entire over from Siraj. Hope we have not forgot how important it is to rotate the strike.

Love having Dirk Nannes on commentary and I still can't believe Ashwin almost wasn't playing in this WC, too good to be left out and if it wasn't for Axar Patel getting injured he probably wouldn't of made it into the squad.

This is why I don't like both these guys in the team together, both striking mid 60's, if they get out before getting it back to near a run a ball then it's failure.

I think them striking low 60's is more to do with the pitch conditions and quality of the spin bowling, I'd be surprised if Australia plays on a pitch that doesn't help the spinners in this WC, especially against India.

Carey is done and dusted.
And not just in ODI.

Has not been comfortable since he made a decision to stump Bairstow.
The spotlight has not suited him.

Inglis must play ASAP

Inglis hasn't exactly set the world on fire with the bat lately either.

Aus might beat the Netherlands but that's about it
