Sydney's problem wasn't just their goal kicking, but their passing within about 80m of goal.

Jake Lloyd's attempted pass in the last minute typified their night.

Administering the rules of the game aren't particularly difficult when all of those instances happened directly in front of an umpire 5m away plus 2 others on either side of the contest.
