Real good listen

What bazball is today may not be the bazball we see in Australia in a couple of years time, I’m sure teams will have better bowling plans and I’m sure England will refine their tactic somewhat.

There is nothing more certain than another team will also follow their lead in the next year and will add their own little twist to it.

Ussie and Carey partnership sees Australia win the ashes on English soil.

I'm channelling the Hobart test.

And still going to finish the series empty handed.
We would beat them 4-0 over here and the only the crap Sydney weather would prevent it being a whitewash

whilst i agree 100%, what has happened is they have dared us to not bat like them. As Aussies we bat like they have as a normal part of cricket, for them its attacking. Our best teams of the Hayden , Ponting era went at the rate of bazball without giving it a label. By them giving it a name, they have sent us back into our shell to try and prove that "boring" cricket can work and thats not the way Australia play, we like to boss teams just like theyre doing now. They have out Australiad us if you like, its a disgrace. the way Lab and Khawaja batted in the first innings here was a disgrace. TBH we were very lucky in the 1st test, more shouldve and wouldve been made of the way Khawaja batted and nearly cost us the game if we had of lost and i think it wouldve been 4-0 had it not been for Cummins and Lyon in the 1st test.
if they come to Australia with the same mindset next series they will flog us

I hate to sat it but the poms have out Australianed us, that is not something anybody in Australia wouldve even come close to admitting in the last 100 years, they have always played the more conservative cricket, they have wel and truly flipped that script on its head this series

Whilst I agree we are attacking in nature, Hayden, Ponting etc. We always had anchors playing their role as well.
This is the refinement that Bazball will see.
They will attack bowling for an hour if the fielding skipper can hold their nerve and can then cherry pick the singles etc.

Australia at it's peak (2000-2007) with Hayden and Ponting never went at the rate England are now, watch the Jarrod Kimber video I posted earlier today.

Good performance by Murphy after the drama of his previous game.

Absolutely, I'm so glad he's got wickets (and runs so far) in this match and continued to prove he's definitely Lyon's backup for as long as Lyon keeps playing for Australia and is his heir apparent.

Got a gut feel you might win this. Pitch at the oval tends to flatten out. Only thing will be its meant to overcast from lunch on.

Definitely proved to us as a cricketing public that he should continue to be a first choice quick in the team despite how expensive and non threatening we thought he could of been against this England team and the way they play.

Yep, I wasn't picking him. I had Boland in, but as it transpired, the predictable is an easier target for BBall.
Kudos where its due.
