Yep that’s where the confusion occurred I reckon.

At a guess you would think correct process would be call ‘over’ and then walk away remove hat etc

Haha, cmon mate it was out everyday of the week, every wicketkeeper in every grade of cricket tries this 20 times every week just on the off chance they might get one in their whole career. Carey can stop now, he has his one.
