I appreciate I'm from a different era but I can think of plenty of things that could be said that wouldn't have me react and I can even think of some things that might even make me go smack a bloke but I honestly can't think of anything that could be said that would make me cry.

I could be totally wrong here but I vaguely remember hearing in one of the Pink Lady games that one of the Dees players mum was a breast cancer survivor. If it's related to that than the grub should be rubbed out.

Would I be right in saying the Showdown has been on the last round of an AFL season twice before in 2003 and 2004? Ive been on AFL tables to check and I'm pretty sure that's right. I remember 2004 and I don't think there's been a Showdown on the last round of an AFL season since then?

Whatever was said was clearly out of order. Will be interesting to see how the AFL handle this.

May not be. May be accurate.

Without knowing what was said, if you target a player verbally and physically all night and he snaps, have a look in your own backyard.

Zorkos comments should never be said on the field, disgusting....they are better saved for preseason camps

So what was said?

He told Petty he wasn't good enough to be in the Travelling Willburys.
Initially Petty stood up to him and said "I won't back down" but in the end it was too much of a Hearbreaker and he had a Breakdown.
The AFL need to Handle With Care or it could be The End of the Line.

Go Melbourne!

Sorry Gadj, should have specified it was their supporters in Vic over the years.
Actually have at least half a dozen good mates who are SA based Blues fans.

Have to agree with Wedgie, when I played did you crossed that line with the sledging then all bets were off.

Seems different in this day and age.

Brisbane were average last night so Zorko needs to have a look at himself in a few areas.

Back in the day one of my teammates, who was playing his last game, lost his shit with a field umpire after he gave a rubbish 25 x 2.
While standing the mark with the guy shooting for goal, my mate, who'd already been reported for abusive language let fly with......you are a complete incompetent cheat and your wife is a shit ***k.

Wellll we all cracked up and the bloke kicked it out on the full.
He got 2 weeks! Didn't care, he was done with footy.
That would be season/ career over now.

Sorry mate that was worded terribly, what I meant was if you cross the line with your sledging and got personal and like really out of line, you could be sure to get some chin music.

Certainly not saying anything goes onto he field because that is not the case.

Back in the day, May what have put Zorko into the fence.
