Bailey Capel out for 1, knicked up to 3rd slip.

Not surprised, form was not great lately. heard rumour he made century in Redbacks trial during week against the best bowling team which is why he got the nod, but they are not Copeland and Tremain!

Correct TC and I fear it will only get worse. Nielsen and co are hellbent on recruiting more interstaters as they are too lazy and incompetent to put time into any locals and develop them. Don't be surprised if we see one or two of the young locals quit and head elsewhere!!

Think they will do with him what they did with Tom Cooper couple of seasons ago, will not get a contract but if he makes lots of runs and gets picked they end up getting a contract if they play 3 games. Cant see them wasting a contract spot on him surely.

Spot on, we need more mediocre interstaters like McSweeney

Lehmann might go to QLD, get out of SA, fresh start.

Ordinary name. He'd want to be able to play a bit.
He can. Think he was a key cog in the u/19 side this year in the West Indies. Despite being only 17.
Yeah had a decent tournament.
Kid can play.
42* (94) going ok so far. Has 7 fours in that.

I'd imagine there would be some good chat around, his name just leads you to it. However the last thing you want is if you start sledging a 17 year old and he starts slapping you around.

Yep literally the next ball lol

Not bad though. 42 for a 17 year old. Certainly one to watch coming through.
