I haven't watched the video, but I'm fairly confident if the man when asked by police simply explained he had an exemption from wearing a mask then things wouldn't have escalated to the point where he was handcuffed.

A heart condition does not make you exempt from wearing a mask. Be careful with what you post.
I've had a heart condition for almost 15 years (heart failure, atrial fibrillation and an abnormal heart valve) and I'm not exempt from wearing a mask nor should I as a mask doesn't affect my heart condition in any way. I wear a mask over 8 hours a day with no issues.

If you have a physical or mental health illness or condition, or disability, that makes wearing a mask unsuitable then you can be exempt from wearing a mask not a heart condition.

If some vile pig wants to go around spitting on people and not wear a mask while he's doing it, it might be wise to carry that exemption with him if he really is which I doubt very much.
