Words to the effect the good feelings outside the club are false and there are still issues inside culture and behaviour wise that needs to improve. He (said) it was coming from a good place and he wants them to succeed, but seemed very bitter.

Guess he was expecting a bit of loyalty back from the club. I suppose it would be like working at a company for 12 years and being made redundant when you think you got more to give. Understandable.
On one hand he has a every right to be disappointed but also should understand the club's position
