He just did a video apology with Robbie Young aired on fox.
Good on Young for supporting him. Much respect for doing that.
Now hopefully everybody learns something, and more importantly move on from slagging off all party's concerned.

Bedge's wise words on here a few days ago which to paraphrase was to condemn the action but not crucify the individual as this achieves little (i would exclude repeat offenders though) rings loudly here.

RIG's post regarding Robbie young who is very different on and off the field (white line fever) has also swayed my opinion of him.

Adelaide led all clubs in how not to handle things.

They appear to have turned that around with this one.

Time to move on, let those involved get the help they need to move on.

This was handled badly as has been posted, there should have been no need for it to be published who was involved as the victim in this, once again a media scrum to cause even more grief.

Hopefully Walker gets the help he has been offered and moves on, would love Robbie to move on and get back to playing some decent footy for the chooks

Just saw it then on 360.

Dunstall spot on, Tex can’t rewind the clock and un-say what he said. He has to own it and cop it.

I like nothing more than a good crow bashing. However, there are no winners here, zero.

Kudos to Robbie Young for agreeing to do the video with Tex, didn’t have to.

No it's not. It was horrible. Surely they could have come up with something better than that? It was weird.

Perhaps some dancing girls, beers or some pizza?

FFS it’s the same people who will condemn him for doing this who would condemn him for not doing it.

Well done to Robbie Young, great leadership to be part of the solution.

Interesting that this isn't on AFC's socials, he isn't in AFC gear and released so it can't be the major story on the news tonight and then Tex mentions he is going to be away from the club for a period - that says to me the club is seriously thinking about his 2022 future.

I hope Im wrong as Id like to see the club support him and play on, to work his arse off in trying to repair some of the damage.

Not wearing crows gear was interesting!

Well done to Robbie, that’s great commitment to the cause. Tex has taken the first step which is probably all he could have done for the moment. Actions speak louder than words so hopefully he genuinely follows through and makes a positive difference in the fight against racism.

Yep of course

What sort of a wanker comment was that? I was commenting on what Bum Crack said “couldn’t they come up with something better than that”

Walker could have sat with Roo, Damo, Shuts, Penbo or Bruce but 2 things happened.

Walker, or someone on his behalf asked if he, Walker, could sit with Young. The first thing is Young agreed. Incredibly strong.

The second is Walker fronted him, eyeballed him, apologised.

If anyone thinks that wasn't the hardest thing for Young to do is kidding themselves.

Fair play to Robbie.
PAFC. Forever.

LOOK OUT, WE'RE COMING!
