Had my first dose on Saturday. No soreness at all. Feel a bit dodgy today though.

Did you attend a Barossa game yesterday & did you have to sign in. Couldn't get into Balhannah oval yesterday without signing in.

Didnt sign in

So the people manning the gate didn't ask you to sign in. Apparently there were people getting fined in the Hills

On this particular occasion i told them i had already signed in.
Other times i have said ive already been in earlier in the day and signed in then.
Depends on my mood, sometimes i just say no im not signing in.

I think the reason they were hot in the Hills was the clown that runs the SA Footballer had posted a message on Facebook saying the cops were handing out fines around all the Hills grounds that morning

So you don't mind lying and you don't mind admitting to it on a public forum?

I, for one, am quite happy for Daysie and Apache to post what they think
They have the same rights to post as we all do, and politicians like those in Victoria will just blatantly lie unless someone calls them out

Block them if you dont like it

I 100% agree, it's up to the consumer of any information to decide if it's bullshit or not. Fortunately ( and the reason we're in the position we're in ) most people choose to follow the actual expert advice, not that found on Rebel News.com or Youtube but there's no reason people can't have alternative views but it's called alternative for a reason.

What I also 100% agree with is if people with a public profile, like Trump or Pete Evans who have a platform to spread misinformation and lies they are not allowed to do so. It's dangerous because the average person isn't very smart.

You can have differing views, you can't have differing facts.

In theory I appreciate what you're saying.

But when you've got health professionals and authorities on one side, and 'Rebel News'/Youtube/Comrade Apache on the other side...

Im all for freedoms but we live in a society that now has to much freedom of speech. Fake news is the biggest risk on this planet right now. The next major civil war will be because of fake news.

We need to start reigining in peoples ability to post blatant lies and bullshit.

Your example is too the extreme though so makes it a bit easier to decipher. ;)
I was more referring to info given by our State premiers and health experts closer to home.

I enjoy reading their input, I'm glad we all differ in opinions and I respect theirs.

Good on them for getting on here and going against the grain, although I don't agree with many of their views I think they'd both be great to have a beer with.

No disrespect to those lads, but I get the feeling your list of "People that wouldn't be great to have a beer with" is somewhat miniscule ;)
