Good on Sturt. Don't think the AFL will listen, they have proven their only care is their needs and their needs only but good on Sturt for taking a bit of a stance.

Too many good people put hours on hours on hours of work in to have their season decimated halfway through in a matter of seconds.

The "rules" around the mid draft seem a bit fuzzy. Norwood and Sturt seem to have lost players immediately, yet Sharman played for Eagles on Saturday. Is this just St Kilda being generous?

Generous, perhaps.
However it was probably more cautious and smart by St Kilda to keep him playing and avoiding any quarantine issues with all the stuff the Victorian teams are facing at present.
Having said all of that he has apparently now headed to Sydney to join the squad.
Trust the process.

Not sure if true but someone in the crowd at Norwood on Sunday mentioned that Callow would’ve played but was injured.

Sharman was allowed to play due to the Vic Covid situation. He has since flown to Sydney and joined the Saints and with all of their injuries could play against the Crows next match.

It is already in place (thanks to South and Centrals) so McEntee will not play against Sturt this year.

Unless his former club (Sturt) allows it to happen.

With all the VFL Byes and covid cancellations Jackson callow only gets to play 4 games after he got drafted mid year.
If the Hawks delist him at the end of the year then the MYD just wasted his year.
