Walking towards the beer van at Elizabeth just before the game, the bloke saw me 20m away and started getting a Guinness out.

Great music and great comedy. Parker and Stone are geniuses.

Recently the gym I go to used my 15 year old step-son on their FB page to promote their gym for teenagers.

Last night I seen a mum and her son (about 14) getting the PT to do up a program to suit them, this morning there was a bloke and his daughter in there just after 5 putting themselves through their paces, it's a good alternative for kids that aren't very sports orientated.

Yep, we do really well with our 13-16 year old gym memberships. It's great for mental health as well at a period of time that can be real rough for teenagers.

I've been debating whether to extend the invitation for my son but I think he has enough going on.
