More like a princess jab.
There were some "from behind" jokes swirling around in my head, but I thought I'd be a grown up for a change.

Which direction it came from is irrelevant.
"King-Hit
punch (someone) suddenly and hard."
Anyway, we should all refer to them as coward punches anyway.
I'm with Mic though, it has always confused me that something in a game is treated differently to something not in a game.
Next person I want to hit I'll start a Monopoly game with first.

No. The thimble has been retired.
You can claim the Penguin, but I reckon @Footy Chick will fight you for it.

I would have no problem if clear cut cases such as the Gaff incident were treated as assaults rather than just a sporting striking charge.

I could've found plenty of better ways to spend what would've totaled $170 (granted, we were using a $100 gift voucher) for (a) a seat in the theatre, (b) 2 glasses of wine; (c) a small serve of nachos; (d) a lukewarm pizza; and (e) a bottle of fizzy water. The nachos and pizza clocked in at $24 bucks each. The seats was about $42 a pop, plus the obligatory booking fee.
For some ridiculous reason the cinema's air con was set somewhere between 'freezing' and 'wintertime in Greenland.'
Glad I've finally experienced it, but I don't know what the fuss is all about.
