I never sleep past 8-8.30am on holiday (particularly in Asia) as the Buffet Breakfast is one of the best experiences. You can always go back to bed later.

I used to tuck into it on the way back to my room but its far from one of the best experiences!
And 8-8.30 isnt before 7!
I don't even get up at that unearthly time here at home. Noon is a struggle!
