Yeah we are under no illusions how good we have it - I have 2 nephews and a niece within 3 months in age of my lad and they all suck at sleeping compared to him

A swift reminder to always check your order before you pull out of the drive through.

I had me a pangin' for some potato and gravy yesterday so pulled into KFC to order a 2 pieces of chicken and a potato and gravy.

There was a fairly lengthy line and when they handed me my order they said "2 pieces of regular and a potato and gravy"

Got home and in the package was 2 large chips and a box that had about a million nuggets in it. :?

She missed out on her gravy, I reckon it's crap personally.

We stopped in to HJ's a few weeks ago to grab the kids a meal each, asked to replace the coke with a frozen and got told it was extra (despite frozen's being cheaper), got spoken to pretty rudely, got to the window and they handed us two massive bags of food and 4 frozens, we high-tailed pretty quickly.

After too many beers one night at the footy club I pulled into HJ's and got an average reception - and my response and attitude was given back 10 fold lol.

Having worked in retail for the better (or worse?) part of 20 years, I find good, genuine customer service on the decline, especially in the younger folk.

When I was a teenager starting out, I was lucky enough to have my mother work for the same company at the time. I know she'd have kicked my arse if she'd found out that my service and work ethic was lacking.

About 8 years ago, I picked my then GF up from town. She was plastered, and wanted Maccas. We pulled into the Enfield drive through. The Maccas girl was rude and obviously having a bad night. My then GF leaned across me and said "It's ok. I'd hate my life too if I worked here"....

She was on her own there....I'm assuming her food was tampered with.

On the plus side, i called them as soon as I got home (Marden store) and they apologised profusely for the mix up and said a $25 voucher is on it's way to use.

Hot tip - I won't be buying nuggets with it.

So you got a shitload of nuggets you didnt pay for, plus $25.

At the expense of missing out on a potato and gravy.

Wrong thread bro.

Went to HJ's at the Munno Para Shopping City one evening and was looking at the photo's working out what to buy.

I said to the young lad behind the counter "Hey mate, what's on the rodeo burger"
"I don't know, I've never had one" He replied in the dopiest voice I can imitate.

I was truly lost for words as I gave him some tips for the future.

Perhaps change it to 'bra'?
